My Personal RA Diet
Changing the diet can be difficult, but it helps a lot... I started the diet in June 2014. I feel better and lost 15 pounds. I think mainly from no white sugar.
Cutting out processed white sugar is the most important. No white sugar (no sweets or anything that has white sugar in it), no white flour, no white rice, no wheat or other grains no red meat, no lunch meat, no tomatoes or eggplant, no peanuts or peanut butter, no butter or margarine no corn or corn oil, and no dairy. No fast foods, no alcohol, no soft drinks, and no white potatoes.
Stay away from GMO, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, added hormones, etc with your food. Go as Organic as you can with your food. If you visit or live in countries that do not GMO their food (like Europe), you just have to stay away from white sugar, dairy, and red meat. Use your own good judgement on that.
I don't drink tap water. The water I drink is spring water in glass bottle and sparkling spring water also glass bottle. I use non fluoride tooth paste. After brushing I rinse with distilled or spring water. Those are in plastic bottles. When you boil tap water the fluoride in the water actually gets more concentrated. So, I use spring or distilled water from plastic container to boil water for my brown rice pasta.
The reason I do all of this is B/C in tap water is fluoride, chlorine, and bromine. All are bad for the thyroid.
So what is left to eat? Not much, but be creative! “Spelt” bread, spelt flour, fish, humus, almond butter, brown rice, brown rice flour, fruit, vegetables, eggs, sweet potatoes.
After a while I got used to this diet and don’t miss the other foods with white sugar or white flour in it. Google diet for RA and whatever else is new here.

right from the bee hive (don’t put it in hot tea b/c heat ruins it, has to be luke-warm.) Processed honey has very little health benefits compared to Raw organic, It is mainly just sugar, google that. Lindt 85% Cocoa dark chocolate has very little demerara sugar (unprocessed sugar). I also eat Baker's 100% Cacao (Chocolate Bar), zero sugar. Cacao has many health benefits, google that. - Sugar. 1 teaspoon of sugar = 5 grams of sugar. So if you read the labels, people are eating many teaspoons of white sugar every day. You cannot avoid white sugar 100%, but this diet will greatly reduce your white sugar intake. White sugar feeds cancer cells, inflammation, bad bacteria and other harmful disorders. White sugar and white flour are your enemies.

- Cheese. "Kerrygold " imported from Ireland. "Limburger" imported from Germany. Non GMO both.
- Oil and Vinegar. Put Organic olive oil on whatever you can! “Bragg” Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Also aloe vera juice is good for inflammation too. “Bragg” Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. The health benefits are many, google that. One tablespoon in a large glass of water or other, some Raw unprocessed honey and lemon squeezed in it. Three time a day with meals. If tablespoon is too much start with a teaspoon. I use olive oil a lot, like on toast, pasta and cooking. I drink about four ounces of aloe vera juice every day.

- Teas. Ginger tea is also good. Buy ginger root, cut the skin off, put 6 or 8 slices in boiling water 15 to 20 mins. That is your tea. This tea helps me a lot.
