Two toast “Spelt” NON GMO with olive oil on it. Every day one sunny side egg on each toast. Use olive oil to cook eggs or coconut oil. One banana one shot of Aloe Vera juice Fruit anytime (Organic) Vitamins and herbs Don't take iron supplements when you take antibiotics. Google that. |

Two toast “Spelt” NON GMO. Options on toast: hummus, separate shot of olive oil not on toast. Also a few thin slices of garlic. Olive oil is good for pain and inflammation, google that. On the other toast: Almond Butter natural, I buy this at a local food store. Sardines, tuna, oysters, or any canned type of fish. Olive oil on top. After Supper: One square Lindt 85% Cocoa dark chocolate has very little demerara sugar (unprocessed sugar) On a holiday or other maybe another square or a half of one. BJ’s. The other % Cocoa’s have regular sugar and or 100% Baking Cacoa square w/no sugar. You cannot get away from white sugar 100%, but this diet cuts it way down to a fraction of what others are eating.
